Welcome to the Western New York Hockey Coach Alliance website. This alliance is made up of local hockey coaches and trainers who share a passion for continued coach education, elevated player and team development, and heightening the players and family experience.

It is no secret that our area is falling behind due in part to the fragmentation within the area's organizations, dated thinking, failure to change with the game and athletes, and the lack of identity and culture. Accepted coaches involved in this alliance will be celebrated and promoted as premier coaches to play for in the market, regardless of which organization they are involved with. Additionally, the WNYHCA will be the area's main resource for parents to acquire information about the area's best coaches and trainers and find information and answers to all things hockey in our market.
